Here are a few of our favorite recipes guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a tickle in your tummy. Scrambled Eggs or Omelets
Top with Chubby Bubby’s Smokehouse Gourmet Sauce – Salsa Style
Hashed Brown Potatoes
Take any package of frozen hash brown potatoes and add:
Make a pouch with aluminum foil and place hash brown mixture in pouch. Seal tightly. Place pouch in oven or on grill to cook. Great for camping or tailgating! Breakfast Sausage
Kick up your favorite breakfast sausage by sprinkling on any of our Bark Seasoning Rubs prior to cooking. Use more or less to taste.
Bubby’s Meatloaf
Combine above ingredients and form into loaf. Topping
Mix above ingredients well, and spread over top of meat loaf. Then sprinkle a heavy Layer of Chubby Bubby’s Smokehouse Sweet Pepperwood Bark Seasoning over the top. Bake or grill. Don’t be afraid to have some fun! Add some Chubby Bubby’s Smokehouse Gourmet Sauce – Salsa Style in either the meatloaf or the topping. Bubby’s Tuscan Chicken
Slather Chubby Bubby’s Smokehouse Sweet Pepperwood Bark Seasoning on both sides of a boneless, skinless chicken.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill or oven roast until done.
Topping/Sauce
Mix in covered pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Top chicken with sliced fresh mozzarella cheese and put chicken back in oven/grill until cheese starts to melt. Remove from oven/grill, drizzle sauce over chicken and serve. Salmon Filets
Put ½ cup Chubby Bubby’s Smokehouse Finishing Sauce – BBQ Style and salmon in a zip lock bag (enough sauce to coat fish).
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Rub Salmon with either Chubby Bubby’s Smokehouse Sweet Pepperwood Bark Seasoning or Spiced Orchard Bark Seasoning.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Grill or oven broil.
Pork Tenderloin or Pork Chops
Slather meat with mustard and then rub with any of Chubby Bubby’s Bark Seasonings depending on the flavor you’d like to compliment your other dishes.
Toppings
Liven up your favorite hamburger, grilled chicken sandwich, nachos, tacos or pulled pork sandwich with Chubby Bubby’s Smokehouse Gourmet Sauce – Salsa Style or Chubby Bubby’s
Smokehouse Finishing Sauce – BBQ Style.
